What are you reading this week?
Your reading list for this week looks nice, Lindsey. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on Natasha Solomons' new book. I have her first book 'Mr.Rosenblum's List' in my bookshelf waiting to be read. Hope your new week is wonderful, stress free and less hectic. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteThanks Vishy! I haven't read Mr. Rosenblum's List yet, but I really loved her novel The House at Tyneford.
DeleteI read the Goodreads blurb for When We Were On Fire and this is something I would enjoy reading. I have read several books just this year on religious memoirs from different faiths. I hope to learn more about other people's spiritual journeys. Thanks for sharing all your titles, and hope this week is more calming for you.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy the author's blog. When I saw she was sending out review copies, I had to get my hands on one! I find spiritual memoirs very interesting too and this one is great.
DeleteI do so like the sound and title of the last book.
ReplyDeleteI'm excited to read it!
DeleteHope you have some more time for yourself this week! enjoy your books, The Gallery of Vanished Husbands sounds very interesting.
ReplyDeleteThanks Ciska! I'm looking forward to reading The Gallery of Vanished Husbands, Have you read anything by Solomons?
DeleteWhen We Were On Fire sounds interesting, its nice to see books out there tackling the subject. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteIt was a great read. The author is just a few years older than I am, so I really related to a lot of the things she writes about.
DeleteI've had The Spy Who Loved on my TBR list for awhile, so I'll be curious to read your thoughts on it. I've also added Thanksgiving and The Gallery of Vanished Husbands to my list. Those look really good! Happy Monday!
ReplyDeleteHooray! I'm always glad to add to people's TBR lists. I liked The Spy Who Loved, but I think there is some inherent difficulty in writing a book about a spy!
DeleteYou have some intriguing titles on your list! The Barber's Conundrum? The Gallery of Vanished Husbands? How interesting! Hope this week's less tiring.
ReplyDeleteAren't titles fun? I love a really intriguing title. :)
DeleteI'm very curious about Thanksgiving, can't wait to hear what you think of it!
ReplyDeleteI'm enjoying it so far. I just signed up for NetGalley, so I'm getting used to reading a book on a screen!
