  1. Aww, I love that picture! :) You've had a great month of reading, especially since you've got that new cutie pie to take care of.

I hope things are going well! Have a great June!

  2. Cute picture!

My favorite book of May I actually just finished today: Little Town on the Prairie. It's been my favorite Little House book so far during my reread.

    1. Thank you. :)

I have been meaning to find my old copies of those books and see if my five year old will give them a try. I'm glad you are enjoying your re-reads!

  3. Thanks for the reminder! I need to post my own May summary. I didn't read as many books as usual last month because I read a few hefty ones.

The Knife of Never Letting Go is on my list for summer, as part of my Big Book Summer Challenge.

    Congrats on the new baby!

    1. I think I'm going to try to fit in a few chunksters this summer. It feels like there's more reading time, although they are harder to take to the pool or the beach!

The Knife of Never Letting Go was fantastic. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

  4. I can't believe you got that much done with the new baby! You amaze me.

I think my favorite May book was Sonia Sotomayor's memoir, My Beloved World.

    1. Thank you, Emily. :) To be fair, some of the reviews were written (or at least the books were read) before her arrival.

I'm off to check out your review of My Beloved World.

  5. Wait! when was your baby born? I know it's tiring being a mom. But it's so rewarding also, isn't it? Enjoy!

    1. She was born on May 10, so we are (amazingly) coming up on one month! Thanks so much, Mardel.

    1. Thanks Beth! :)

Life After Life was great. I'm thinking it will be one of those books I have to buy so I can re-read it whenever the inclination strikes!
