Good morning, ladies and gents! How were your weekends? We were visited by a dusting of snow on Saturday. David has been wishing and wishing for a good snowstorm. Even though this was only an inch or two, we put on snow boots and snow pants and out we went!
Reading-wise, I've been alternating between chunks of David Copperfield and a short story or two from If I loved you, I would tell you this.

I am currently reading If I Loved You... but I'm not really loving it.
ReplyDeleteI caught the flu on Wednesday. I spent much of the weekend in bed reading. Please come see what I've read.
I didn't love it either, but I had a hard time putting my finger on why. My review will be up tomorrow.
DeleteI hope you enjoy A Room With A View... I had a hard time with it... but read it ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm enjoying it so far. It's a change of pace from what I've been reading. Thanks Sheila!
DeleteI have Case Histories on my shelf but haven't gotten to it yet
ReplyDeleteWishing you a great reading week!

I accidentally purchased the second book in the series. Now that I got Case Histories, I'm ready to read them all!
DeleteI hope you have a great week as well.
Snowy weekends are great reading times! Hope you have an awesome reading week!
ReplyDeleteIt's so funny to call it a snowy weekend since it was a dusting that was gone by the end of the day. Nevertheless, it had that sort of feel so I went with it!
DeleteI love David Copperfield. One of Dickens best I think.
ReplyDeleteCase Histories is on my tr list. Has been for a while now. Should probably get round to picking up a copy.
I'm really enjoying DC so far. I'm feeling sort of rushed though. I wish the library let you keep books in proportion to the book's length!
DeleteI must read A Room with a View.
ReplyDeleteHave a great reading week

I hope you get the chance to read it soon!
DeleteOoh, I loved Case Histories...in fact, I've enjoyed several books from this series and have another one on my stacks (Started Early, Took My Dog).
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your week!

DeleteI hope you have a great week too!
I quite enjoyed The Cookbook Collector, and I loved Case Histories, and the rest of the same series. I hope you enjoy it.

I enjoyed Cookbook Collector, but found myself overwhelmed by all the characters. I loved the George/Jess story though.
