November Wrap-Up

It's here! It's December! It's time to run around like a crazy person. Or not...I really hope not. The December calendar definitely looks packed, but that is what happens when your husband is a pastor, you work in church music, and your little boy has a December birthday. Ok, everyone stop for a moment and take a deep breath. We shall all get through December. I promise.

Bookwise, November was an ok month. There were a few duds and then a few books I carried around with me, hoping to find a few spare seconds to read just one more page.

Books reviewed in November: 10
Pages Read: 3,415
Fiction/Non-fiction: 9/1
Female authors/male authors: 6/4
My books/library books: 3/7
Lindsey's favorite books in November: The Returned

Books Reviewed with David: 4
David's favorite book in November: Lego Star Wars Character Encyclopedia

What was the best book you read in the month of November?

Happy December from the cutest of little readers!

  1. I kinda had a slow reading month in Nov, did a few reviews but not a ton. And yeah December always seems hectic, hopefully not so much this year but with activities and shopping- yeah it probably will be!

Hope your hectic December goes well, we're lucky not to have any December birthdays in my family.

    1. Thank you Sam!
We try to make sure David gets a good birthday celebration before the holidays get too crazy. Today we had chocolate chip pancakes and our first gift before the party this weekend. :)

  5. Cute picture! You've had a great month on amount of books read. I only managed 2 books this month, but I had my Dad visiting for 3 weeks, schooling, and family stresses. I tend to not read as much when I'm stressed. Some people read more when they are stressed, but I don't. I hope you have a fun December whether or not it is stress free.

    1. Thank you Heidi! I can certainly understand not getting a lot of reading done when life is crazy. I hope you have a wonderful December with lots of great books!

  6. It's here! It's December! It's an ideal opportunity to go around like an insane individual. Or on the other hand not...I truly Write My Assignments For Me would like to think not. The December schedule most certainly looks stuffed, however that is the thing that happens when your better half is a minister, you work in chapel music, and your son has a December birthday. Alright, everybody stop briefly and take a full breath. We will generally traverse December. I guarantee.
